Our programs

Three levels of outpatient care.

All programs are delivered at our licensed California facility by our clinical team. Level of care is determined by clinical assessment using ASAM criteria at intake and reassessed throughout treatment.

  • Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) Structured daytime treatment, 5 to 6 hours per day, 5 days per week. Includes individual therapy, group therapy, psychoeducation, family sessions, and case management. Typical program length: 2 to 4 weeks, based on clinical progress. Delivered on-site at our California facility.
  • Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) Structured treatment, 3 hours per day, 3 to 5 days per week. Available in day and evening tracks. Includes group therapy, individual therapy, and relapse-prevention skill development. Typical program length: 8 to 12 weeks. Delivered on-site at our California facility.
  • Outpatient Program (OP) Continuing-care level of treatment with 1 to 2 individual or group sessions per week. Serves as step-down care following PHP or IOP, or as an entry-level program for adults with mild-to-moderate symptoms. Delivered on-site at our California facility.
  • Co-occurring Disorder Treatment All programs treat substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions concurrently, including anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, trauma-related disorders, and grief. Treatment is delivered by clinicians licensed in California to treat both substance use and mental health.
  • Family Program Weekly family psychoeducation and optional family therapy sessions available to all clients enrolled in PHP, IOP, or OP.

What we do not provide

We are an outpatient treatment provider. We do not provide medical detoxification, inpatient hospitalization, or residential treatment. If your clinical needs require any of those levels of care, our intake team will help you locate an appropriate licensed provider before scheduling with us.

We do not prescribe or dispense controlled substances on-site. Any medication management prescribed as part of your care is coordinated with your existing outside prescriber or with a licensed community psychiatrist.

  • Trauma-focused therapy Evidence-based approaches to processing trauma, including CBT for PTSD. EMDR and additional trauma modalities available through our clinical team on a case-by-case basis.
  • Group therapy Process-oriented and psychoeducational groups. All groups are led by California-licensed clinicians. Group sizes are limited to maintain clinical quality.
  • Family therapy and family psychoeducation Weekly family programming for enrolled clients. Family sessions are optional and require the client's written consent.

Admissions

How admission works.

Admission to our programs is by clinical assessment. There is no obligation to enroll after speaking with our team.

Step 01

Contact our admissions team

Call our main line during business hours or submit a contact form. Your first call is answered by a member of our clinical intake team. Your call is confidential and protected by HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2.

Step 02

Clinical assessment

A licensed clinician conducts a clinical assessment (typically 30 to 45 minutes) to determine appropriate level of care using ASAM criteria. If our services are not the right fit, we will tell you and help you identify an appropriate licensed provider.

Step 03

Insurance verification and enrollment

Our admissions team verifies your behavioral health benefits with your insurance carrier and reviews any out-of-pocket costs with you before you enroll. Enrollment paperwork is completed at your first in-person visit.

No incentives: We do not offer payment or reimbursement for travel, lodging, health insurance premiums, or any other financial incentive in exchange for enrolling in treatment at our facility.
